Alright for Charlotte - During our stay at Legacy Park we had a few problems with management but the apartment was nice. Nice Place My wife and I lived at Legacy Park for a lttle more than a year before buying a condo. We enjoyed our time there. The place was clean and quiet and the neighbors were very friendly. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We had several maintenance issues that were repaired quickly.

Great! Charlotte leaves little to offer as far as apartments go, but Legacy Parke is definitely the exception. There were no loud noises, staff was nice, they do little fun things throughout the year, if there are any problems they are cleared up quickly. My neighbors were all nice
