Current Tenant - I have lived at Bavarian Village since 2002. I find the place, grounds, and people very nice. Best place around I have lived in a few different apartment complexes in Waterford/Clarkston and this is the best so far. Great view out the balcony into the woods. Carport is right outside my door, and friendly staff. Would recommend it to anyone.

Very Nice I moved in recently and feel very comfortable. The staff is wonderful. The other tenants nice. The unite I rented is clean and they even gave me new carpet. You can't get better then this for the price. It is also very family friendly here too. My kids love the pool.

I would recommend Fox Creek to anyone that only wants to stay for 1-2 years, otherwise, the walls are thin and you get noise from your neighbors, the grounds are not kept up, and since allowing pets, there is lots of poop out there. People don't like to take responsibility
