Ok i am convinced that the management is writing all of these "wonderful" reviews bc this place SUCKS!
I have never been in the one bedroom but the two bedrooms are teeny tiny. I think about 650 square feet. If someone thinks that is a big apartment then I feel sorry for them and wonder where they were living before. Maybe that would be average if that for a one bedroom but two bedrooms are usually 900 square feet or more.
The closets...yeah there are a lot of closets but does that really make up for the space issue. And the storage units in the basement...anytime there is a flood (once a month maybe) all your stuff is wet and nasty and it isnt very big anyways. Also the basement is not the nicest place and there is only one washer and dryer and you cant do laundry after 10pm bc trust me you will hear it in every apartment bc the walls and floors are paper thin. Every creak that is made on the floor you can hear.
The landscaping' I'm sorry I must have had my eyes closed for the 2 1/2 years i lived there bc i didn't notice any. The lawn chairs at the pool are broken bc people break them (is that the kind of people you wanna be living with) who destroys property' Are we in high school or are we adults' come on now!
IF YOU DRIVE BY THE PARKING LOT YOU WILL NOTICE MANY CARS WITH STICKERS ON THEM BC THEYVE BEEN THERE FOR SO LONG AND WILL BE TOWED SOONER OR LATER
THE POLICE ARE NOT THERE TO DRIVE BY AND CHECK LIKE THAT OTHER PERSON SAID..OK MAYBE I WOULD BELEIVE THEM IF I DIDNT EXPERIENCE FIRST HAND THE POLICE QUESTIONING ME ABOUT MY NEIGHBORS AND THE STOLEN THINGS AND IF I HAD SEEN ANYTHING . ALSO THEY WERE ALWAYS OUT OF THERE CAR AND WALKING INTO THE BUILDINGS...I GUESS THEY ARE JUST CHECKING RIGHT' YEAH CHECKING UP ON THE CRIMINALS DOWNSTAIRS!
THE PEOPLE DOWNSTAIRS FROM ME HAD SO MANY KIDS AND THE LAW SAWS TWO HEARTBEATS PER BEDROOM...HMMM 6 PEOPLE IN A TWO BEDROOM...THAT MIGHT BE A LITTLE ILLEGAL YA THINK!
ANYWAYS THE MANAGEMENT SHOULD STOP GIVING THIS PLACE GREAT REVIEWS....JUST DRIVE BY AND YOU CAN SEE FOR YOURSELF HOW RUN DOWN AND TERRIBLE THIS PLACE REALLY IS!
