Not happy at all with this place. The halls are always dirty, since they only get vaccuumed once a week (or atleast they say they do), the neighbors keep the hallways smelly- since none of them speak english, I can't communicate with them (haven't slept past 7 on a weekend morning yet, due to the neighbors blasting radio). There is always trash littered about the complex-in the grass- in the bushes-in the parking lot (I've noticed an old tire rim just sitting there for as long as I've been around). The electric bill is sky high since the windows don't seal- flimsy 20 yr old sliding plexiglass or something to that effect, and in the summer don't be shocked if the screen just tips out on it's own. You can't speak directly with the manager because that's all done by answering machines, and if you have a conflict with your neighbor, you're told to take it up with them your self. (Cuz I really need to go to jail for fighting with the neighbor) Tried to swim in the pool once this summer, but there were more bugs than water since they don't keep the filter running--and don't even dare use the nasty bathrooms by the pool- you may never make it back out. The locks on all the doors suck since it takes everything you have to get your key in, don't dare try to hold your groceries or something while you do it. When someone in another apartment takes a shower, the pipes scream so loud you get a migrane. The washer and dry cost a doller each and only hold a handful of clothes since they are from 1982 or something. All my complaints are about logical fixable things....and yet nothing has been done. That tells ME something...how about you'
