I have been here for three years and in the last year or so, the tenants moving in are louder, more disrespectful, and disruptive than those who were here when I first moved in. I was late for my rent once and was immediately served with an official notice of eviction. Even though I paid my rent on the 6th day of the month and have always paid my rent, the managers do not recognize longterm tenants. They are cold and indifferent to my comments. I plan to move out this summer.

I live there now and i truly agree, they are all cold when it comes to questions and maint. problems, i plan as well moving this summer 06.

We opened our window with the heat/air off on a nice day a while back, to circulate some air. The manager in her blue Saturn was yelling from the street that we are not allow to open our windows, she was asking for an explaination... The noise is too much at all hours. We have Hillbilly hangout night every day it is nice in the summer. Leaving their trash and beer cans/bottles all over the front of the building. Our bikes were stolen. The buildings smell like cat urine. We have been here about a year and will be moving out ASAP. Not Recommended at any rate.
