I have lived here for a few years and I have not found any problems with noise or my neighbors. It is a quiet complex, well taken care of grounds and nice staff. I have called for maintenance a few times - clogged shower, the wheel on my dishwasher rack broke, all small stuff - and it has never taken more than two hours for a maintenance person to have come over and had the problem fixed. They even replaced the entire bathtub faucet on the yearly routine inspection. The manager is sweet as pie!
