I am going on my 4th year here but I refuse to spend a 5th. This complex is under the 3rd owners since I've been here and it just keeps getting worse. I moved here because it was an expensive complex, so I figured the people that lived here would be quiet, older folks. WRONG!!! Noisy people that stomp around, throw crap off the balconies,loud music playing at 3 in the morning and when you complain, the management ignores you. The maintenance staff takes it's time getting to you because they have more important things to do (hanging out in the maintenace shed playing cards, and having races with their cute little golf carts) There is garbage all over,and the wood on the apartments is corroded and falling apart.
This place reminds me of a welfare joint! The parking is horrendous, We are allowed 2 cars, my neighbors have three, and they park all 3 in the front spots, never mind that one has expired plates, a flat tire and hasn't been moved in 2 years. I know of three people that have complained about it, but it's still sitting there, so the rest of us are forced to park far away from our doors which is always fun when you have groceries to bring in.
