We lived at Clinton Place for two years. My son could not play on the grass because of the amount of dog poop all over. (Don't open your windows on a nice day either, or your apartment will stink like it too!) Parking is a literal joke. The lease agreement states two cars, my neighbors had four. If I got a spot near my aparment, I didn't dare move my car!!! At move in we paid $600 out of pocket for new carpet, the dishwasher was full of the previous residents dishes, and every cabinet was peeling. Our gas bills in the winter were over $130 because of poor insulation, and maintenance will enter without permission!!! The office couldn't even replace a lightbulb to illuminate the front sign. The community was so pitch black at night I drove past it a few times. Snow removal' My husband shoveled us paths after we bought our own shovel. No one ever called back to follow up on service. Ever. Do not live here. Take your family and stay at a hotel if you have to. Move somewhere else. This place is an over priced joke!!!
