I lived here for 3 years with my husband and daugther and it was okay, not great but not horrible. We had an upper 2 bdr 2 bath end unit with nobody below is (model) so it was pretty quiet. We had our carport right out front. The people next door liked to party and park in our space but I think they moved out or were evicted after we complained about them. Other than that no problems, but when we were building our house we went "month to month" and our rent skyrocketed. We didn't think that was right.
