I can't express how happy I was, living in these apartments... The maintenance guys are great, as well as the office staff. The grounds are always clean (and shoveled/salted in the winter months)... The community is gated at the back entrance, so you don't have to worry about people cutting through to get from 19 to Canal. These apartments felt like mini condos to me.. There are plenty of windows (2 in the living room, 1 over the kitchen sink, 2 in each bedroom, and obviously the sliding glass door in the dining room). There is also outdoor storage for each unit (which is locked with your front-door key), which is really nice to have! Each apartment also has FULL SIZE washer and dryer included... which is very, very rare in apartment living!

I'd have to say, other than The Oaks at Hampton in Rochester Hills, this is one of my favorite apartments that I've lived in... and if it weren't for me losing my job, I would still be living there now!

This review sounds kind of suspisous since The Oaks at Hampton is another property owned by this company...

Suspicious... because I've lived in both of the complexes? They actually let me transfer to Clinton Place w/no lease termination penalty because of a job transfer.
