For the price I don?t think you can beat it. There may be newer places around but this place is well-maintained. I don?t know where else you can find a 2 bedroom, bath and a half with over 1000 sq ft. and free extra storage in the $600?s. I?ve never had a maintenance issue that wasn?t resolved in a relatively timely fashion. In regards to the person who was complaining about their noise complaints: I don?t see how that is a bad thing. I don?t want to live in a noisy community. From what you said, at least management seems to be trying to resolve the noise issues...That?s more than you can say about a lot of places. It?s not like this is a college town. The landscaping is the nicest around. Definitely a solid value.
