I've lived here short of a year, and uncertain I will renew my lease. I agree with the writer and the review of the manager. Her attitude is horrendous. You have to call several times to get repairs. My biggest complaint is the noise factor when people leave their apartments and exit the front door. I've felt my couch shake and had objects fall from my wall as someone exits the front of the bldg. I don't feel they are slamming doors, just poor construction, broken shocks on doors and no weather stripping to deaden the slam. I have a screaming woman in my building and management ignores complaints on her. I do not hear people snoring, and all those other sounds that we make, so possibly the walls are thicker than some other apts in the area. Grounds are beautiful, exercise room is overheated and not ventilated at all.
