I moved into Eastwood in May 2005 and I have never waited for a service request, they have always fixed the problem that day or the next. Management has always been very nice and helpful, even Kim. The ground are kept very clean but there are some trashy people (not many) that should be living in the ghetto because they dont seem to care and junk it up. Overall, I think its a great place to rent, very happy here.
