I can't say enough about this place. I've lived in 6 apartments in my lifetime and EASTWOOD VILLAGE is by far the best place. The atmosphere and grounds are excellent and most relaxing - even in the winter. Which reminds me of the utilities bills are very reasonable - again even in the winter. And I have to say the staff here is soooooo friendly yet efficient and professional. The location is perfect too, I feel like I'm close to everything. Especially the beach and the boats! Overall, I love living here and look forward to coming home every night. Anytime I hear of anyone I know is moving, I always refer them to EASTWOOD VILLAGE.
