I like the apartments but it seems like management isn't screening potential tenants very well. They are renting to some real lowlifes. Also, we have had stuff stolen from our patio areas. And a woman was held up at gunpoint a few weeks back. I realize that our complex is easily accessible from I-94 and other main roads but it would be nice if management acknowledged the problems instead of sweeping them under a rug.
