In this area theres alot of ------ apartment complexes. I choose this place b/c they have really nice landscaping and they look more on the newer side even though there over 20 yrs old. I've been here about 8 months now and really haven't had any problems. the walls are paper thin and the people above me can be annoying but otherwise its mostly elderly people who are really nice and quite, at least in my building. the pool area is really nice too...never been too too crowded with kids whenever I've gone. the leasing guys are nice but the people who take care of the grounds always looked grouchy. i will probably only renew my lease when it's time if the rent stays the same or lower (haha at lower) i do think it's kind of expensive here and i could prob buy a home these days w/ a mortgage payment at the same amount as my rent. not much to complain about here.
