If I didnt sign a year contract Id been gone. Ive only lived here 6months and I hate it. It takes our kitchen's cold water a half hour to not be scolding hot(maintence couldn't fix it) We hear ppl having sex down the hall in the middle of the day. My Husband's vehicle was broken into and over $700 worth of stuff was stolen(It was locked)I am tired of this place. The only decent ppl here r the senior citizens.

I am also a resident in Eastwood Village And I have been here six years. I move in because it was peaceful and quiet, but over the past three years I have watched it decline. I agree with you for the most part. I will have to say that there are a few young people in the complex who are responsible and respectful and neighborly. I am a young working class resident, but I do understand where that remark comes from, but It's not all the young residents. I would not recommend Eastwood to anyone respectable, like this user stated the maintenance has gotten so poor, I have heard of several vehicle break in's plus other acts of vandalism, plus I've had a neighbor and friend in the parking lot with a hand gun.

I have lived here at Eastwood with my husband for 4 years and have always loved it. It is beautifully. I have always wished they had a building with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths for around $800 a month and I would stay here forever. We have a very nice building with respectful neighbors now that some noisy ones have left. I have seen a decline in the past couple of years with some of the residents that have been in our building with the noise as stated previously but currently it is quiet and good. It is clean on the premises and the kids for the most part are respectful but the car break ins and also car theft that my neighbors have experienced is disturbing. The previous remark about seeing a hand gun in the parking lot is most disturbing though and I pray whoever saw this reported it to the authorities and the management because that is something the authorities have to know right away. That is just too frightening to me. Again though I have to say that Eastwood has always been right there for us whenever we have had an issue and we have never had a problem with a maintenance request so I can only give them compliments on that. We have an issue with cold water also but we were told from the day we moved in to keep a jug of water in the fridge because we could wait forever and not get a cold glass of water so we do that and it is not an issue for us. I really do have to thank Eastwood and commend them for their personal care they have always extended to us. Thank you.
