I have lived at Eastwood Village for the past 16 months and would still be there if I didnt have to move to NJ for a job offer I couldnt refuse. After my divorce I hated the idea of having to get an apartment after living in my own home for 30yrs. I looked around the area,as far as 5 miles away and each time I kept coming back here because it was so much nicer than the rest. After living here I know I made the right choice and would come back again in a minute. Right from the start my apartment was so clean I thanked them for it, when I moved out it looked the same way, my building was quiet,well kept with nice neighbors, I loved the view off my balcony of the Willow tree in the courtyard. I never had a problem there they didnt fix right away. I would highly recommend living here to anyone and so would my friends and family who came to visit. When I arrived in NJ I found out how spoiled I really was at Eastwood Village, my apartment was dirty, and needed major repairs which are still on going here, Im getting a new furnace & Air conditioner, but I would have thought since they knew I was coming from MI for weeks now that it would be ready for me when I got here. It was 95^ the day I moved in with no Air! Now I need a new Hotwater tank too, and may have to wait. I looked at many others here too before I choose this as the best one around here.......
