Farmbrooke Manor screwed us when we moved out, but as for while we lived there, it was an all in all pretty good place. When it comes to the apartment. The apartment is which I had townhouse style 3 bedroom, is fairly spacious, and was all freshly painted and carpeted when I moved in. If the C/A broke they were there within hours to fix it. Never had a problem with apartment. Now with community, while I lived there some bad things happened and I knew a couple of shady people. But I also knew a couple good people, such as a police officer who lived kiddy corner and a prison guard who lived next door. I never heard of any burglaries or things of that sort, the bad things that happened were of the people and their companies own doings, and did not really affect the other tenants. Overall it was a good place to live when I lived there, just have to watch who you befriend.
