When I lived here, I knew it was mostly a welfare community, but it was also pretty cheap $515 for a 2 bedroom townhouse. I was also a young adult and knew this place to be the 'Party Apartments' and we sure had our share of parties. The staff was all very nice and they were very helpful in answering any question that I had. The interior of the apartment was pretty disgusting, the paint was so thick on the walls that I swear it never dried the whole year I lived there. The cabinets,shower heads, appliances and floorboards were all in need of replacement. I have now heard that rent is very high and staff is not so nice and the units are still the same. I think that anything above $550 would be too much for this place.
