I moved from the so called getto that I lived in for 10 yrs. into a real life getto with triple the rent that keeps going up-up-and up, and the townhouse keeps going down-down-down. I pay a house note for a getto hole. I've lived here for a year and a half and have had two sewige back-ups (human ----)2 inches thick acrossed the whole kitchen floor! Black mold invading the bathroom walls, that they want to paint over, do we all know how much of a health risk that is'' I have to keep the heat on 90 to try to heat the upstairs which does'nt work anyway so you have a $200.00 heat bill because the windows are paper thin and you'll be lucky if when the wind blows that they don't fly out and shatter on you because there is nothing holding them in place!!!! The rules change daily, just like the unfriendly managment. The maintance men are completly useless,rude,and lazy as hell. The so called swimming pool (green swamp) is never cleaned properly, I would'nt let my worst enemy jump in the swamp if they were on fire!!!! That is how filthy,nasty, infested it is!!!!!
What, you can't barbque! I'm not only living in the getto, I'm living in straight HELL paying outragious rent to the -----.
My advice to everybody is to stay out of hell (farmbrook manor)

If you look real close at this renter, they never pay on time and probably have a mile long worth of lease violations in their file!
