I have lived here for 2 years so let me tell my experience here. They have nice MOVE-IN specials but after the first year that is it. I paid $599 for the 1st yr then it went to $649 then if I stayed it would be $700 and to go month to month is $825 that is ridiculous. This is an OVERPRICED ghetto. The windows need to be replaced, sitting the living is like sitting outside if the heat on HELL!!! The maintenance workers come in with their DIRTY shoes and stain the carpet. The pool is NASTY!!! I heard Mamie tell a prospective tenant that the laundry room was "Nice", she LIED! Most of the time the half the washers and dryers don't work. It is GHETTO! They found several Criminals hiding out here and one of was wanted for MURDER!!! The kids here are destructive and bad. They stole my daughter bike. In the warmer months they are outside ALL times of night cursing, fighting, kissing, and whatever else they want to do when no one is watching them. OH and lets not forget about the Train that is right next to this complex. There are trains going by at least 4 times a day and night. I was surely mislead when I move here and the only reason I stayed was because I was waiting to purchase a Condo. If you like living in these RUN DOWN conditions you should move in IMMEDIATELY!!!
