I have been here for a little over a year. The only thing I dont like is that they dont tell you that after a year your rent will go up, and every year thereafter! The homes are pretty nice and I think it is great for someone moving out on their own for the first time. After my lease is up this coming year, I will however be moving because I dont think it is worth $700 at all. The trains in the middle of the night are ridiculous. If you got small children, they will probably have a hard time sleeping through the night because of the trains. Also there are way too many strict rules. We are paying our money and we cant have something as simple as a charcoal grill, pets cost extra per month, nothing is included with rent except for water, and you cant stand outside in small groups without being harassed by the police! Its kinda crazy. So I would only recommend someone to live here if you are looking for a deal for 1 year (move out after that)!
