I lived in Farmbrook to long 1 1/2 yr. I broke my lease as soon as I was able to get the hell out of there. My fridge was replaced 3 times and a few weeks before I moved it stated to go out again. Its horrible the children are very disrespectful the laundry room is gross, the few times I used the room teenagers hung out there making out sitting on the washers. My teenage daughter stopped going outside after the first summer both my girls bikes where stolen i had to call the police twice because of the teenagers destroying our out door lights and plants. I took my daughter out of the school after 3 months she always had to defend herself on bus with the very disrespectful girls in farmbrook. The manager was the rudest and most disrespectful women I had ever cross paths with.. I moved out of state and if I never saw that place again it would be to soon!!!! I wouldn't recommend anyone especially if you have teenagers moving there I moved from Detroit to put my daughter in Chippawa Valley schools Algonquin was a great middle school (not in Clindale School district)but so much better than clintondale. But it was an experience that I would not want to revisit.. Please read the reviews and when you visit the property don't go early in the day it appears peaceful because the children are in school.

oh What ever thats the thing Farmbrook is always trying, the issue is not with the police I too have moved out of state, The Clinton Township Police were always there they are tried of being there. You should have any problems with where you lay your head. Clintondale school district is the pits and AND SINCE THE LAST PERSON WHO MADE A COMMENT SAID THERE WAS NOTHING MENTION ABOUT THE APARTMENT ITSELF, (THE APARTMENT IS OLDDDDDDD) CABINETS ARE BROKEN HAD MINE FIXED 3 TIMES AND AT THE TIME I HAD NO KIDS, THE CARPET WAS SO OLD I BOUGHT A CLEANER TO CLEAN EVERY WEEK) I COMPLAINED ABOUT THAT SEVERAL TIMES, WHAT ELSE OH THE APPLIANCES I HAD TO GET A NEW STOVE, THE GAS COMPANY CAME OUT AND SAID THERE WAS A BIG GAS LEAK THAT'S WHY I CALLED I SMELLED GAS THE GAS WAS LEAKING THE MAINTENANCE GUY CAME AND SAID HE DIDN'T SMELL MUCH AND HE CHECKED EVERYTHING. PLEASE AND IF YOUR A TENTANT FIGHTING FOR FB YOUR GHETTO AND LOW LIFE YOURSELF. I UNDERSTAND WHY STAFF DOES IT.

A lot of your problems don't even have anything to do with the apartments. Your issue is with the police. YOU SHOULD HAVE CALLED THEM. Your fridge was replaced 3 times has to do with the appliance not the apartment!!!! It seems that they were trying.
