I have lived in this complex since August 1999 & the only problems I have experienced have been mostly minor interpersonal issues with neighbors (which I believe you will find just about anywhere). I was very hesitant moving into an apartment-environment after years of living in an owned home, but have found it very comfortable & a great place to live ! The rent for this particular area is very affordable & there are lots of amenities that make it even more worthwhile, like the washer/dryer hook-up, SPACE (1BR is 800sq ft), modern kitchen appliances, et.al.. If you have pets, there is an additional security deposit up front for cats, however, no additional monthly fee which I found to be a big bonus ! The staff has always been very good, whether it's a maintenance issue or a stupid question phoned into the office. We are looking to upgrade from our current 1BR into a 2BR soon & I will only be looking inside this complex when it's time to move
