I moves in a couple months ago and we are really happy, there is a bump or 2 but the maintnance is there within 48 hours, and the office staff is really nice, and assist you in what needs to be done. and are apt had new floors when we moved in plus washer and dryer for free, no coin laundry. overall I will stay more than one year and agree with the last person, that it's hard to find a place worth the money and i have found it here. p.s I lived at the harbors before i came here and the maintnce is horrible. it smell like lake and goose crap, thank you garfield for akeing us happy people.
