I've lived here for over a year now with only a few problems. Parking is a nightmare, I have to park in the condo lot to get a spot. One of my neighbors are terrible (screaming, loud tv, music shaking my apt.). I like having the W/D, can't do without it. The grounds could be better taken care of. I haven't had any maintence problems as of yet so I can't comment. I've seen more reliable leasing staff, but haven't see any rude behavior. Overall, for the price it's a good place to be.
