we have lived in the complex for 3 years and have never had such crappy service from the new managment team. We have been walked in while in the shower from the maintence crew with no apology from or phone call from the manager (TWICE). And now our personal items have been tossed and smashed in the dumpster with no call again from the manager. If I had the choice to move I would this place is completely unaware of its residents privacy rights. The apartments are not repair correctly or quickly like promised. Promises are kept but often broken.

You wrote, "And now our personal items have been tossed and smashed in the dumpster...". What does that mean? Why were your personal items thrown away? What sort of personal items? This is a real concern for me, as I am moving in next week.
