I have lived here since March. It is not pretty on the outside, but the inside looks great! The apartment is spacious and the in unit w/d is wonderful. There is free water and a great first year discount on rent. The neighbors are a little kooky, but hey, its an APARTMENT COMPLEX. That is to be expected. Garfield Commons is in a great location, too.
The staff leave something to be desired...but I don't need to interact with them very often at all. The maintenance people are fine, they have fixed my front blinds and my sink disposal no problem. I do have an issue with the pilot light on the water heater, though.
I shopped around a lot, for about a year before choosing this place to live. It is awesome for the price, esp. if its your first place. The apartment complex is by no means perfect, but I would choose it again based on the cost, and the extra storage room!!! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
