I've lived at Garfield Commons for nearly 3 years and for the money, it's a good place to live. The apartments are spacious, maintenance is usually on top of things and responds quickly, and there are conveniences with the pool and tennis court.
The walls aren't too thin, but it is still apartment living. My wife and I would like to see something done about the litter and the management has no remorse if you are 1 day late with rent. There is also a cable agreement with the company, so forget having a dish.
Still - water is paid for, rent is reasonable and its a safe place to keep your stuff. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

are you living on cloud nine? you cant keep anything outside for ten minuets without it being stolen!! the tennis court has been closed for the last two summers and the pool always has something floating in it unless you skim it out yourself!!! not to mention the smell of it!! the management does suck!!! ladies (and i use the term loosly) PLEASE take the sticks out of your as*!!!
