Horrible Unsafe and VERY THIN WALLS

My Girlfriend Lived in these apartments for a little over 5 months until we had to fight to break her lease.
Here is my 10 reasons why you should not consider this place a good home for you or your family.
1. The walls are thin and the floors are old and creeky. You can hear every little noise the neighbors are making and when you walk around they are disturbed by the squeaky flooring.
2. The management does not background check their tenents very well and the City Police are not very responsive and understanding. Her neighbor below her had Attention Deficit Disorder and every little noise she made by her everyday living he would come up and yell at her and verble abuse her. The Management would not listen and would not respond after numerous letters written to the complex. The police in the area would not arrest him even after he tried to kick down her door. I wanted to beat his F@#$#en AZZ.
3. Everyone in the Community Drives like freakin animals. Not safe for childern. No playground or nothing.
4. The Cement Stairs leading up to the Second floor apartments are cracking and unsafe.
5. One Entrance and one Exit out of the Community. WTF
6. POTHOLE CITY
7. Management is full of a bunch of angry ladies who dont give a futz about there tenents and care only about there minumum wage check at the end of the week.
8. Parking - They want you to rent an awning to park under and they built so many of the freaking things, there is no room for tenents who want to park elsewhere without having to pay the monthly fee. LIke 15 dollars a month.
9. Want to get your mail' Well bring some mud boots because if you get a good rainstorm your going to be treading in it to retreive your mail.
10. (last but definatly not the last of this places problems) Sleep tight. People come and go all the hours of the night, they talk on their cell phones outside your door and walls, party all night, loud car stereo's, squeeling tires, NO SECURITY. Loud tenents with Loud Surround Systems. management gives 2 S.H.I.T.S about it.

ONE OTHER THING I FORGOT TO MENTION:: She was promised new carpet and flooring, new light fixtures ceiling fans and the works before she moved in there. This is what she got. Ugly Tile Flooring in bathroom and kitchen, Dirty dusty light fixtures, Dirty Blinds, Holes in the screens, and The washer did not even have a outlet to plug the power into. She had to run a extention cord from her bathroom to the washer to get power to it. This place is a joke... |

My girlfriend is considering moving there. I think now that she should look elsewhere or raise her standards if that is what you get for your 499 a month intro rate
