All the positive reviews here have these things in common:
a) They address negative comments from other posts
b) The talk about the free washer and dryer! Super duper. Live in a dump to use the $150 appliance!
c) They bring up how effective and courteous the management is
d) They bring up how fast maintence is to respond

These are not things that a tennent would normally bring up.

Here are the facts.
Potholes everywhere. Total ghetto tenants. If your into people yelling on their cell phones in right next to your door at 10:00 at night this might be a good place to live. People sit in chairs in the hall smoking. Little ghetto kids run back and forth by the windows screaming at 9:00pm.
Sometimes the whole ghetto family reunion happens in the breezeway with the bbq grill going and a whole lot of yellin'. Yes, 8 mile came to Clinton Township.
The management is not nice. Read the other posts. The problems here have been happening for many years without being fixed.
When you have a problem, don't expect to simply place a call. No, you have to put it in writing. Nice huh' I have made complaints about things repeatedly and they don't get fixed.
You have to rent a parking space just to park. Yes, when there are tens of foreigners or citezens of the ghetto ward piled into one apartment, there are going to be lots of cars.
The breezeways have no drains. So when it rains, you have a flood at your door. There are cigarette butts and garbage all over the place. Half of the grass is missing in the front of the buildings...I could go on and on!!!
