The apartments are decent but the management sucks. Yes, the washer and dryer are nice but beware of mold growing in your "laundry room" My building had 2 incidences of black mold growth in apartments. When I brought this to the attention of management, they came in while I wasn't home, removed the moldy drywall and covered it up like it never happened, before I had any proof of it!! This place is a health risk for you and/or your family!!

Also, upstairs is very creaky, can hear every time someone walks around. Maintenance is somewhat fast but come at all the wrong times. Wouldn't trust any of my stuff while they were here, and they can come at any time, even without your permission when you're not home.

Management = angry ladies with nothing better to do except make life extremely difficult for their tenants. won't help you at all, have no compassion. maybe because they actually have to deal with all the white trash living here'!

Upkeep - no lawns, trees usually dead, mud holes by the mailboxes (which are falling apart!), leaking bathroom, fan sounds like an airplane taking off, will promise the world and give you ----.
