I have lived here all for two weeks, and I HATE IT. The apartment for what you pay for rent, isn't bad, however, the exterior to the buildings are very dingy looking, and should be replaced immediately. I was told that this was taken care of every spring, but from the looks of it, doesn't look like it's been renovated in years!!! The people that live below me, are very nasty, and don't care. They through trash out of their doors, have shoes, bikes and all sorts of debris outside their doors, it looks hideous.

You might ask, why I moved here' Well the display unit they show you is nice, and they get you with there move in specials, washer and dryer in unit, and closet/storage space. I was very displeased when I saw the apartment I was to move in, but because 3 weeks had gone by, and I had already given my previous land lord notice that I was leaving. And had put a deposit down here, had all my things packed...needless to say, I had no where else to go, and felt obligated to sign the lease. HUGE mistake!!! I am very dissatisfied with this complex, and I am dreading the upcoming year. I can't wait until my lease is up, so that I can get the hell out of here!

Like many others, I agree with their complaints, my only wish is that I would have seen this website BEFORE, I moved here. :(

I agree with what you said. We are gettin charged a couple hundred dollars for our electric a month, and DTE checked my meter and it was fine, so its the apartment complex's error and they are not bugding to help us out. I hear ya on wantin to get the hell outta here!!
