Ok.. I moved in in FEB.. so did my bro.. he had the terrible experience of the apt above him having the water heater break and flood his apt.. there response, you can take 25 dollars a day off rent while we fix it or move to another apt in two days while we finish painiting it.. he moved.... and got a discount on rent.. The only thing i can think of is whom ever built this place did a poor job. I have had no problems since i moved in. the two things that were wrong were fixed immiately. and they are spaceious.. the staff is friendly to me so far,I see there is not a lot of parking in some of the strutures however alot of the people living here have like 5 cars per apt.. SHEHESH.... I am ok here, not the worst i have had but for the price its not bad at all. also with the bathroom tubs not draining properly, it was the builders whom did a shortcut.. (my bf is a house remodler) so there is nothing they can do unless they tear apart every bathroom in every apt.. yeah right. Besides that.. I have had no problems..... I have had worse.... not better but worse...
