I have lived here for the past couple years and all in all it hasn't been bad.
I have never had an issue with getting issues fixed, they came prompt and took care of the issues. They were clean and didn't steal from me.
However, it is not the Trump Towers!! It is not an expensive place to live, it is clean for the most part. Plenty of storage, could use exterior paint.
The people who live here are most of the problems, young, urban morons!! Who don't care about anything. Most have the sense of a garden snail and the brains of one.
Trash, Trash, Trash
Not all are bad, there are some very nice people there also. Stuck with moronic neighbors who have no respect for anything or anyone.
