I agree Brookline Properties seem to be on the bad side when it comes to providing a good quality apartment. I have stayed in two different ones so far and have not had a good review for them. It seems like the people they hire to run they properties are worthless and that they only care about getting the monthly rent so they could care less. I was doing some apartment searching and Garfield Commons appeared and I saw who owned it and said let me check out the reviews first and what do my eyes see. Brookline has done it once again. So I dont think Garfield Commons is the place for me. I'll keep looking elsewhere.

bet theres a ton of ratings that are better for an apartment in DETROIT. Brookline and all of its properties Suck

their are alot of sex offenders living here!!!! If I knew that before I would never of moved here! Maintenance are creepy!!!!! THERE IS ONE HERE WHO DRESSES IN S&M CLOTHING! lol Kids run around with no supervision its awful. Pot hole central and bricks falling off buildings!!!!!

If you look at the address of the sex offenders they are in the condo's not in the garfield commons complex, there is actully not on living in there.

Actually the Condos are right in the MIDDLE of the apt complex, so If thats true it doesnt really matter because they would STILL be our neighbors!! These apts only hava 20% rating!!! LOL Thats terrible! Does ANYONE live here for more than a yr or less?!
