mY MOTHER SIGN A LEASE HERE AS SOON AS SHE MOVED IN A COUPLE WEEKS THE WALLS BUST AND WATER EVERYWHERE NOW MIND YOU THIS IS IN THE DEAD OF WINTER AND FLOODED THE APARTMENTS DOWN STAIRS AS WELL. wELL THEY CAME OUT TURNED OFF EVERTHING AND THAT WAS IT(what)!!!!!THE DID NOT ACCOMED/MY MOTHER A PLACE TO STAY THEY SAID YOU ARE ON YOUR ON AND DO YOU HAVE INSURANCE TO COVER DAMAGES what DAMEGES IF ITS CAUSE BY THIS NAST PLACE YOU SHOULD BE HELPING ME OUT!!!'HELLO.wELL HER APARTMENT WAS NOT READY FOR 4 DAYS SHE HAD TO STAY IN A HOTEL WHICH WAS EXSPENSIVE AND WHEN SHE CAME BACK THEY DID NOT PLACE THE CARPET THEY JUST CLEANED IT(SO NASTY) AND THEY ARE JUST NOE GETTING BACK TO COVER UP THE HOLE IN THEE WALL WHERE THE WATER LEAKED FROM THE FLOOD! HER HOUSE SMELLS FROM TIME TO TIME CAUSE THE APARTMENT DOWNSTAIRS WHERE IT FLOODED IS USED FOR PARTS ONLY AND UNDER HER CARPET WHICH i AM GOING TO HELP HER LOOK UNDER SMELLS BAD(SOUNDS LIKE MOLD) THE WINDOWS ARE HORRIBLE HER BILLS ARE TO HIGH AND WHERE DO THEY GET THESE MAINTAICE PEOPLE!!!PINK AND GREEN MUSTACHE!! NOT PROFESSIONAL AT ALL.PEOPLE DO NOT LET THIS PEOPLE AND THE ONES WHO RUN IT TAKE OVER THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX IS NASTY AND MOLDED TO THE CORE WHICH IS IN PROCESS TO BE INVESTIGATED ASAP!!!! i DO NOT PLAY WHEN IT COMES TO PEOPLE HEALTH. AND FOR THE OFFICE I HOPE YOU ARE READING THIS YOU ARE BEING WAATCH AND INVESTIGATED AS WELL. PLEASE PEOPLE ANY ONE WHO IS HAVING BREATHING PROBLEMS WRINGWORMS ON YOUR SKINS AND CONSTANT STOMACH PAINS GET MEDICAL ATTETION ASAP.i WILL POST THE DR NAMES IF NEEDED TO ALL HE SPECIALIZES IN ENVORIOMENTAL CONDITIONS AND IS VERY GOOD. ALSO I HAVE CHANNEL 4,7, 2 AND ANY OTHERS I CAN GET OUT HERE TO DO MORE INVESTIGATIONS AND COULD CARE LESS ABOUT WHAT GARFIELS COMMONS THINK THEY ARE ABOUT TO BE SHUT DOWN ASAP

I share your thoughs with garfield commons...We moved in last year, and we our water tank leaking the day we moved in. A gas leak several days later. and Oh wait upon moving out a YEAR LATER.. we learned there had been a small gas leak the entire time we lived there because the stoned maintance men didnt replace the water heater right. We are just lucky the windows were poorly sealed so fresh air waqs always leaking in, God's only knows what could ahve happen, and your right they dont care. We had bugs all the time, nothing would get rid of them. And we are very clean nit people. Black mold was forming everywhere, and some places was painted over. Oh and the best part the whole time we lived there there was a blue tarp on the roof, and one windy day all the roofing came down and damaged the crap out of my car..And it "wasnt their fault" so they claimed, and told me to claim it on my car insurance and make my rated go up for paking my car in their parking lot, and their roof damaged my car. I sure hope your mother didnt move into the apartment I once lived in. We moved in Jan 09. It was reported to the city of our living conditions. We did everyhting in our power to report things.. Didnt get to far though. If carpet is not properly dryed with a machine or replaceed. Black mold can start. We didnt get a cent of our deposit back. We paid like 1,400 to move into a hell whole. Nothing was ever fixed. Our oven burned everything because the dial was broke, yet they said it wasnt. OUr dishwasher only sit out cold water to clean...Yea cold water really kills the germs. Your right this place needs to be shut down, remodeled to the core! Dont ever live here if you care qabout your health and your families... Gafield commons doesnt care about the people just the money
