After living there there for less than a year, my opinion is that it is best for the foreigners. Multiple foreign families reside within one townhouse, however Americans are not allowed to follow this style. The price is outrageous for the property. Heating was not turned on irregardless of complaints of illness and inability to sleep in freezing cold temps. However, management's personal houses had heat! When leaving, was cheated out of deposit, and was unable to get it back due to false statements of management.
