First of all management tells all your business to other tentants, stuff that needs to be confidential. Peeling paint and black mold in all the windows. Black mold in the bathroom above the shower, management will continue to paint over it for you so that you can't see it. When I moved in I found out the bathroom had a leak that went through the ceiling to the dinning area. Took months to fix. The ceiling was only fixed for a month because they did not fix the leak in the bathroom so it came through again. Management looses call reports and initial walk through information. They scam you out of your deposit because they know its going to be awhile before they can rent it. Lets talk about the crawl spaces being left open and the cats living under the buildings and the stench coming into your apartment along with getting pelted with flys in the summer when trying to enter your apartment. Management is only worried about getting their rent. Snow removal is a joke. We fell on ice and they did not care. A two bedroom unit had 2 adult men, one old lady and a young child along with two dogs. A one bedroom had a young couple and a small child. They had the bed set up in the living room. A registered sex offender moved into building 13 and residents were never notified. Upon moving out had bogus claims against security deposit! Parking was a joke!
