I have lived here at Georgetown Commons for two years and I don't really have anything too bad or out of the ordinary to say. The townhouses are renovated nice,and the property is looking better than a few years ago. I've heard they used to be disgusting quite a few years ago, but I haven't had any problems with the neighbors. I've only had one major problem that maintenance addressed immediately, however for a screen I might of had to wait a week or so. BIG DEAL! I am glad that my dog was able to live with me and that it didn't take any more out of my pocket book than the monthly rent. Check it out for yourself to see what you think.
