I don't think Georgetown is as bad as the previous reviews. I lived there for 2 years and I also had an ant problem but it was taken care of every time I called. I never had any appliances leak or break and the condition of the apartment was great! I do agree that maybe they just want money because when I was going to be late with my rent, I called management to let them know and within a week I recieved a letter stating that I owed them money and I could be kicked out if I didn't pay.
