Quiet place to live with good neighbors. Nobody lived above or below me because it is a townhome. It is nice to see the owner on site. They take care of my service calls in a reasonable amount of time. I got a two bedroom for a fair price with all the appliances included and I didn't have to pay for my heat, which was good. Overall, it was a nice, quiet place to live.
