This place was not only such a waste of money it was a complete embarrassment to even admit I lived there. Like a dumb ass I stayed there for a year and a half only because of financial reasons. The first chance I could I got out. First off the maintenance is a complete JOKE, second the people they let in are nothing but druggies hookers or drunks. There are more losers there than there are in jail(they should call it Georgetown Correctional Facility). When I lived there up until August of 2004, I found out from the neighbor that there were 16 registered sex offenders there. She had found this out on the registered sex offender list online - look for yourself. Nice place to bring your children right. Also there were plenty of rats infested within the buildings that not only could you hear them crawling through the walls all night you had to pick up their rat ---- in all the corners. There were plenty of not only noisy sleepless nights but also I watched drug deals go down with my own eyes several times WHAT A JOKE! Basically unless your an 18 year old crack head don't move there it will be the biggest mistake you ever make I promise you. Oh and any of the reviews you see on here that are good, don't believe them they are probably written by the people that work there - trust me no one would right anything and I mean anything good about this place that actually lived there, I could go on and on but I'm getting blisters on my hands writing all this ---- but it's worth it if it saves someone else from making the mistake I did.
