I lived at geogetown for over a year. We had mice, toilet leaking through ceiling to downstairs, no air condition (one in window upstairs) doesn't cool ----, over 100.00 electric bills to try to cool apartment, when taking a shower water up to your knees along with black mold in the shower. Maintenance is an absolute joke! You would make an appointment with them then they would confirm then cancel. They let any ghetto ------- in there. I have seen drug deals, hookers, parties all hours of the night, cops are constantly being called. It is not worth 785.00 you pay in rent or more depending. This place is basically run by a slum lord!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!
