I have lived at Georgetown for 2 years now & I have not had any problems with the management at all. They have been nothing but helpful and accomodating to me. The few minors repairs that I needed done, were always done within 1-2 days. They seemed to go above & beyond to make sure that my problems were taken care of.

The price is good for all you get, brand new appliances (including full-size washer, dryer and microwave), ample parking and gas is included in rent. Friends of mine in the area are so amazed at how much I get for the amount of rent I pay.

My only complaint has been that there seems to be a large number of loud, unruly teenagers roaming the complex at all hours of the day & night. They also insist on screaming throughout the complex as their primary means of communicating with each other. They like to hang out in the parking lots near the parked vehicles in the warm weather. I think one of them even broke my taillamp on my car, but I can't prove it. I have caught then leaning on my car, but I am afraid to say much to them because my neighbor had his car egged shortly after yelling at a group of kids to stay away from his vehicle.

In my short experience there, I would recommend Georgetown Commons overall, but you may have to deal with an overabundance of teenagers in your neighborhood. If it wasn't for their disrespectfulness I would consider staying indefinitely.
