If your looking for a place to stay because you have a pet or pets, this is not the last place on earth you can find. It's great they allow pets but tenants seem to not pick up after their own pets leaving a mess everywhere. There are rules but no one seems to follow them. You can hear the rats throught the walls and hear the bats at night. The walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors conversations. The heat is a ridiculous situation. They are so cheap that in the spring they will turn it off with the first signs of sunlight and in the winter not turn it on until the state requirement date, despite if you can see your breath in your own home. Not good for your kids. The air cond. is pathetic. One little air cond. on the top floor stuck in the farthest corner which doesn't circulate down to the lower level, or out of the room. The windows and door have poor insulation....breezes of air coming through, and they are not security safe anyone could break in without a try. If the staff likes you, then your safe and things will run smoothly for you. If the staff doesn't like you, then you'll have lots of problems. Seems kind of immature. Overall I would say that for the amount of rent you are paying you might as well rent a home if pets are the issue. If it's the money, it rates up to any other $500 a month complex. So do your research and make sure you know what priorities are important to you. Heat or Air' Pretty insane to be contemplating this huh'
