Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Spiders, rats, ants, and centipedes, are present but they wanted to do a background check on my sister, a college graduate. I complained about the insect infestation from the beggining but the owner wanted to blame me and said it was my responsability. Loves to go to court for any and everything. Maintenance
was awful. Took them 2 months to replace a bathroom fan. I hope if you move in you have a 4*4 for the 3 year old potholes a half mile deep and a lifetime supply of raid for the tenants already living under and inside each apartment. And please a lawyer tenant lawyer read over the lease before you sign. Also they like to turn the heat off most of the year.... mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
