The management boasts about their "renovated" townhouses. What a joke! All they did was update the kitchens, counter in bathroom and entryway. Carpet is disgusting, very poor carpentry work. There are rats Here!

My common walkway is sinking and has mud on it all the time, they still have not done anything about it and I have been here since the end of July 2006
