I thought that this place was really nice. The office staff were really nice and helpful to us. The homes were not what you people say they were. There are no roaches!!! The townhomes look like no one has even lived in them before. The landlord helps work with you. He tries to help you get your rent paid on time. I think that if you are looking for a place to live, try it here and you will understand that these people are not even that bad.

Looks like the Landlord/lawyer/owner has decided to add another anonymous and definitely false review. This place did seem ok at first...then came the spiders, cetipededs, and ants. Also ...check if you can and see how often this owner takes his tenants to court. Willing to bet it's more than most. Quite a few of them are baseless judging by the accounts of those who were sued. I still remember the story of a neighbor telling me she was sued by the owner for his non existant spirnkler system being damaged. Just make sure you markeverything down on the checklist before you sign the lease, take pictures before you move in and after....and that you get a letter at the time of leaving saying your debt was satisfied because if you dont you could be next. Also Keep detailed records of payments....

I've never seen any roaches and I pray I never do. I have seen spides, cetipededs and ants!!! The staff is very accomendating to a point. The carpet is nasty!!! They refuse to change the padding and that is the only reason I'm moving.

I was there from 2001-2003, I never had an issue with managment or the staff in fact one of the staff lived across from me and was very pleseant person, i never had an issue with insects as i kept my trash bagged up and in the dumpster, it really helps keep them away! i had an issue with ants but it was handled fast, plus i sprayed the area myself to be sure, I got my deposit in full the following month, just a note here; you are a guest, not an owner, damage something thats not yours, you will pay for it, be nice to them, they will be nice to you, be an A$%^&*,, guess what,,, I never had an issue and if i had to i weould move back!

I never had roaches either. I agree with ben, if you keep ur place clean then you will not get roaches, its all ur fault if you get them!

If you are talking about Chuck (owner) he is a lawyer (or so he says) and sues everybody. I had roaches not because I was a pig, but because the pigs behind me had them and they came into my apartment.
